UpdatePromise Scan is a Consumer Experience Management System (CEMS) Solution featuring an integrated VIN scanner designed to streamline customer searches by quickly accessing vehicle history and specific parts details during the Appointment, Vehicle Check-In, and Multi-Point Inspection phases.

Efficiently manage Repair Orders (ROs) from customer appointments to the payment process using a single tablet without the need to leave the service drive.

 <li>Quick and accurate customer search during Vehicle Check-In by scanning a vehicle’s VIN.</li>
 <li>Access to customers’ vehicle history by scanning a vehicle’s VIN during Vehicle Check-In.</li>
 <li>VIN scanner can be used to search for customers when creating appointments.</li>
 <li>Technicians can pull up Vehicle-Specific Parts by scanning the VIN when finalizing estimates for identified issues.</li>
 <li>Seamlessly navigate through the complete Consumer Experience workflow without leaving the service drive, including appointment creation, management, safety inspections with customers, viewing appointment details, and completing or opening Multi-Point Inspection forms.</li>

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 <li>Login using your UpdatePromise credentials.</li>
 <li>Access the scanner conveniently located at the top right or bottom left corner of your tablet when completing Appointments, Vehicle Check-Ins, or Multi-Point Inspections.</li>
 <li>Accelerate customer search by scanning their vehicle, allowing you to continue with your workflow seamlessly and significantly reduce page loading times.</li>
