UpdatePromise Scan is a Consumer Experience Management System (CEMS) Solution featuring an integrated VIN scanner designed to streamline customer searches by quickly accessing vehicle history and specific parts details during the Appointment, Vehicle Check-In, and Multi-Point Inspection phases.

• Login using your UpdatePromise credentials.
• Access the scanner conveniently located at the top right or bottom left corner of your tablet when completing Appointments, Vehicle Check-Ins, or Multi-Point Inspections.
• Accelerate customer search by scanning their vehicle, allowing you to continue with your workflow seamlessly and significantly reduce page loading times.
